Gioel Molinari
Managing Director

Mr. Molinari, one of ClariFI's founders, is responsible for the company's technology vision, strategy, and product development. Mr. Molinari has extensive experience working at the intersection of mathematics and computer science, having successfully developed leading-edge quantitative technologies to solve novel business problems.

Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Molinari spearheaded the design and development of the Sengent Broker Investment Advisor Grid, an Internet "grid"-based quantitative modeling platform; a high throughput Bluetooth testing environment as System Architect for Ericsson; and the world's first visual expression analysis application as Bioinformatics Engineer for CuraGen Corporation. Prior to founding ClariFI, Mr. Molinari was a Software Architect for Xcelerate Corporation where he led the development of several successful e-business projects including E-Exchange.com.

Mr. Molinari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Robert Glashow
Vice President, Finance

Mr. Glashow brings fifteen years of extensive finance and operations experience to ClariFI. In his role as Vice President of Finance, Mr. Glashow leads ClariFI's financial planning, reporting, general accounting, and decision support functions. Prior to ClariFI, Mr. Glashow spent almost ten years with Unilever, a leading global consumer products company. At Unilever he held numerous senior finance, operations, and controller positions including Chief Financial Officer of a $100MM international operating unit and Finance Director for some of their largest brands. Before Unilever he worked for a leading Internet/technology company and a management consulting firm. Mr. Glashow graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany School of Business and holds an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Donovan Goodreau
Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development

Mr Goodreau is a seasoned finance executive with an extensive background in the quantitative finance and financial technology space. In his role as Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development, he is directly responsible for ClariFI's worldwide revenue generation efforts as well as the day-to-day operations of the company's sales, marketing, and client support organizations.

Mr. Goodreau is also responsible for overseeing all new business development and for channeling strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities, while continuously expanding ClariFI's brand recognition and global market presence. He was also instrumental in the planning, implementation, and success of Standard & Poor's Capital IQ acquisition of ClariFI in May 2007.

Prior to joining ClariFI, Mr. Goodreau was the Head of Sales at Puglisi & Company, where he worked with both academics and institutions on creating superior portfolio returns. There he gained in-depth knowledge and broad finance experience through his various senior management and executive roles.

Mr. Goodreau received his BS degree in finance from New York University and is a member of the Society of Quantitative Analysts (SQA) and QWAFAFEW.

John Krowas
Vice President, Product Development

Mr. Krowas has an extensive product development background and significant experience using cutting-edge quantitative investment management and equity trading software. In his role as Vice President of Product Development, he oversees the continual analysis, development, and enhancement of ModelStation, while incorporating invaluable client feedback into the product.

Prior to joining ClariFI, Mr. Krowas was the Director of Advanced Trading Solutions at ITG Solutions Network, where he was responsible for assisting clients in integrating algorithmic and analytical trading technology into Macgregor's XIP Trade Order Management System.

Mr. Krowas also held several senior-level management positions at Investment Technology Group (ITG). As a member of ITG's Analytical Products and Research group, he led the Client Service team in supporting optimization and risk control software for portfolio construction and program trading.

Previously, Mr. Krowas was at Charter Oak Investments Systems, and before that, he worked for Control Systems Analysis, Inc. as part of the Independent Software Nuclear Safety Analysis team for the US Navy's submarine-launched nuclear Tomahawk program.

Mr. Krowas holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering and applied science from the California Institute of Technology, where he has served on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association.

Scott McFarland
Director of Engineering

Mr. McFarland is a founding member of the ClariFI team with years of experience designing, building, and managing the development of distributed computing applications. In addition to leading ClariFI's team of Software Engineers, Mr. McFarland's major development responsibilities include the Risk and Forecast Models, Portfolio Attribution, and server-side functionality such as relational databases, scheduling, and data persistence. Prior to joining ClariFI, Mr. McFarland was a Software Engineer for Xcelerate Corporation where he developed business-to-business E-commerce web applications. Mr. McFarland holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Georgia Tech.

Merle Yoder
Director of Strategic Account Management

Mr. Yoder brings over twenty years of extensive sales, client service, and management experience in financial services software to ClariFI. In his role as Director of Strategic Account Management, he is responsible for building and strengthening client relationships as well as managing the delivery of the highest level of support and services to ClariFI's rapidly growing global client base.

Mr. Yoder joins ClariFI from CoreData, Inc., a financial data company, where he was a member of the management team and an investor in a private-equity backed buyout of the Media General Database. Prior to that, he spent more than eighteen years at FactSet Research Systems, Inc. At FactSet he held numerous executive roles and most notably started and grew the company's European division to over $14 million in revenue.

He received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Purdue University.
